# Tin

> Tin is an open-source marketing system your coding agent can run: hundreds of workflow templates, schedules, evaluations and live data, Apache 2.0. Add it from tin.computer or try it in the browser.

Tin is an open-source marketing system designed for coding agents, made by Tin Computer (tin.computer). The code is at https://github.com/tin-computer/tin under Apache 2.0. Instead of building marketing processes from scratch, a founder or team connects Tin to the coding agent that already knows their project (Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor) over MCP, and the agent runs tuned marketing workflows on the company's own data.

It is a whole system rather than a set of skills. Workflows are saved with their inputs and a schedule, and Tin handles timers, retries, and waiting for approval, so work continues between sessions. Reports, research, and a project wiki live as plain files in a git repository, so later runs build on earlier ones. Every workflow definition states what it needs, what it produces, and whether it needs review. Articles, campaigns, and site changes wait for the owner's approval; GitHub delivery opens a pull request that the owner merges. The coding agent and the browser app share the same project, files, run history, and permissions.

**Add Tin to a coding agent**

Run one line from the project directory. It connects Tin to the agent and opens the sign-in.

- Codex: `codex mcp add tin --url https://app.tin.computer/mcp`
- Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http tin https://app.tin.computer/mcp`
- API: `GET https://app.tin.computer/api/workflows?project_id={project_id}`
- Cursor: add `{ "mcpServers": { "tin": { "url": "https://app.tin.computer/mcp" } } }` to `.cursor/mcp.json`.
- Then ask the agent: "Use Tin to grow my project like a pro!" It reads the repository, asks about goals, time, and budget, and proposes a plan of workflows and connections to approve.
- No coding agent: the same projects run in the browser at https://app.tin.computer.

**Workflow systems**

- Organic growth: Get found for what you already almost rank for. Available today: Technical SEO audit (`site.health_improve`), AI visibility audit (`visibility.audit`), Answer page (`content.answer_page`), Site health fix as a PR (`site.health_improve`). 8 more in build or planned.
- Content: Say it in your words, with receipts. Available today: Public article (`content.public_article`), Diagram (`content.diagram`), Deep-dive research (`research.deep_dive`), DESIGN.md from the repo (`content.design_md`). 5 more in build or planned.
- Product QA and activation: Know your own product the way a new user meets it. Available today: Signup walkthrough with a real test identity (`qa.signup_walkthrough`). 7 more in build or planned.
- What to work on next: Pick the bet before spending the week. Available today: Scan report (`scan.report`). 5 more in build or planned.
- Cold outreach: Find the people who fit, write to them, follow up. Available today: Shortlist from your mailbox (`outreach.email_shortlist`), Paced email campaign with follow-ups (`outreach.email_campaign`). 5 more in build or planned.
- Measurement: Know what moved, and what to keep. Available today: Weekly brief (`project.weekly_brief`). 5 more in build or planned.
- Paid ads: Creative first. Spend is a decision you make each time. Nothing available yet. 5 more in build or planned.
- Directories and listings: Be listed where people already look. Nothing available yet. 1 more in build or planned.
- Lifecycle and retention: Keep the customers you win. Nothing available yet. 4 more in build or planned.
- PR and podcasts: Be talked about. Nothing available yet. 2 more in build or planned.
- Project: What every other workflow reads and writes. Available today: Project memory (`project.memory`), One-off task with an approved diff (`project.task`).
- For work that fits no template, `project.task` runs a separate agent task with its own conversation and controls. The live registry in the app and docs/workflows.md in the repo are authoritative for inputs and requirements.

**Integrations**

- A project can connect today: Google Search Console, GitHub, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Google Docs and Drive, Google Workspace (Email & Calendar).
- Queued: Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Mixpanel, Plausible, Stripe, Polar, Vercel, Netlify, Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Resend, Loops, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Attio, Notion, Slack, Discord, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Product Hunt, Ahrefs, Semrush, Bing Webmaster, Intercom, Cal.com, Typeform, Canva, fal.ai. Until one lands, add its exports to the project files.
- GitHub access opens pull requests and never merges or pushes to the base branch. Search Console access is read-only. Tokens stay on Tin's server.

**Open source**

- License: Apache 2.0. Every workflow is a folder in the repo: its steps, the inputs it reads, and its evaluations.
- Self-host: the same workflows run on your own machine or a small VM. The repo's docs cover configuration and operations.
- Bring your own: write a workflow as plain Python, as Python with managed model calls, or as a Codex procedure (PROMPT.md plus skills), and package it with a manifest of typed inputs, outputs, integrations, and review. Projects can also hold SKILL.md files that workflows load, such as a writing-style guide. New workflows can be contributed back with a pull request.
- For larger teams (series A and later), Tin Computer's growth engineers install Tin inside the company's environment and adapt the workflows to the team.

**Managed products**

Tin Computer also runs the system for you. Tin Auto is the managed AI growth agent for small SaaS: it diagnoses, ships, and measures SEO, website, analytics, and product growth work in the founder's existing systems. Tin GEO is a fixed weekly program for small and local businesses.

- Tin GEO: $1 for your first month, then $49 per month. A fixed program that gets your business recommended by Google and AI assistants. Tin's agent completes all 44 visibility setup checks for you, then keeps everything fresh week after week.
- Unlimited Growth: $299 per month. Unlimited tasks. The machine never pauses. New experiments queue the moment the last one ships, across as many workstreams as you have.
- Concierge: $1,000 per month. Unlimited + a growth advisor. The full machine, plus a person who runs growth with you. A repeat founder sets the strategy and reviews the work each week, so you are not steering the autopilot alone.
- Managed prices are month to month with no contract. The pricing page is authoritative.

**Notes for automated fetchers**

- Every tin.computer link below is absolute and returns HTML that renders without JavaScript.
- The MCP endpoint is https://app.tin.computer/mcp (streamable HTTP, OAuth sign-in in the browser). Registry name: computer.tin/tin.
- Skills are served as raw markdown at /skill/<name>.md, or with an Accept: text/markdown header.
